Hi All,

have just purchased the NIC certification software and also purchased some certificate numbers, i thought this was going to be so much easier than doing the paper version, but how wrong was i, according to the software i have downloaded my cert numbers but i cant find them no where and secondly hoe the hell do you open a new cert, i have been trying for over a week and it wont be long before i wipe it from my computer and send the disc into orbit. Have tried to use the online manual or the one on the disc but it doesnt ex[plain how to start a new cert, if anyone can help me with some instuctions or no where i can find some. i really need a "NIC instuction book for Dummies" but i dont think they do one......Dave

If i give you the numbers 1-50 will you send me ÂŁ10.00

51-100 are still available on a first come, first served basis!

Welcome dc. Have you contacted the NIC and asked them for some help. I would have thought they could talk you through the process.
