what % > or< than nominal is considered ok I know its written somewhere but the wife probably tidied it away and I cant find it

Do you have something close to 250 on site ?

Cheers andy the opposite its @ 218 still within the -6, I have a boiler not heating during off peak thought maybe the element was struggling must be the boiler controls then methinks its one of thoses Pulsacoils things

That is low considering the DNO’s don’t work to the nominal 230V.
They still install 433/250V transformers. They can’t change easily as a new transformer may have to link in to an old system.
Many years ago I went on a course where they had two transformers deliberately at deferring tap settings. I linked them via an underground link box, great fun.

Where is the install, somewhere in the sticks?

Plus or minus 5% from memory

Its 1990,s estate fairly new out here it has a PV system installed is that relevant? I think a call to the DNO is in order
