Not a electrician so need some advice

Hi everyone, my names Pete. Been a Property Maintenance business for many years based in Essex. Wouldn’t normally get involved with electrics but even the electricians I use can’t seem to help with this......so I’m hoping someone here can.

it'sOK in essex. just spray on the fake tan, sleep on it, and it will be all orange in the morning
