Just put a new cu in started testing .so here it goes start doing rfc line 0.33 nn 0.32 cpc 0.55
Ins all good now this a split load
Dis the cpc what i was working on and now showing earths in and are out so theor is no parallall paths has far that i can see the main earth is out but showing earths all water and gas have been disconnected

Another possibility is the existing rings have been extended to enable more outlets, the lines and neutrals are incorporated into the existing ring but not the cpcs not so they have effectively become a figure of eight.

Any metal stud work in the property? a lot of other trades use the metal stuff rather than timber these days. often find boxes joined to the metal studwork.
Also any chance of damp or moisture in the walls between back boxes if they have the cpc in them?
Came across something similar when I was still at college and just started working. property had a bad damp problem that once sorted out resolved the irregular readings??
