Electrical Qualifications - City and Guilds 2365 Electrotechnical

"If you are about to start your electrical career or you are already registered on the City & Guilds 2365-03 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) this can also be converted into the 2357-44 by completing a ‘bridging unit’ which will take 1 day at our centre leaving you with the NVQ portfolio to complete. The NVQ is not classroom based and as such only one visit to our centre is required throughout the duration of the portfolio."

I thought the 2357 (the full version) included both for people already working in the industry, and the 2365 replaced the old 2330 for people not already working in the industry, the idea being they later complete the bridging unit and just the NVQ parts of the 2357.

You are spot on Adam. Lee also mentioned the 2356-99 above. That is still going and is for those with industry experience who have the older tech certs such as 236 or 2360 or 2351 or 2330 quals and want to get NVQ3.
