NVQ Certificate 2356

Just a quicky does any one know how long it takes to receive an nvq certificate? been waiting over a month now

Should be anytime soon and def less than 6 weeks. Has your logbook been signed off yet?

I received a written confirmation from my college of 26th jan that i've completed everything and im qualified just waiting for the certificate.

Are you sure?

I know of guys who have JIB cards, who I wouldn't trust to plug a 13 amp plug into a wall.
I also know electricians who the JIB state aren't electricians,
(these are guys who I have worked with, worked for and worked for me!)

I wasn't having a pop at anyone,
but don't take it for granted that the JIB are going to give anyone an approved card.

and your right everyone working on site for years and learning at a college how to be an electrician should be congratulated.
