I have few contracts pending. I rarely undertake residential work but I have a few niche contracts awaiting start, within a month or so.

I will require the services of a part P registered company.

The actual electrical work carried out will be small.

I can advise on what is to be done and you can work alongside if you wish, alternatively you can just test the end product if you so wish.
Much cannot be tested due to electronic control.

If you would like to work on the project start to finnish it will be approx 1-day. Alternatively you may just test.

These are new build houses and are of course up to present day standards.

I can of course use building control to test, whose fee will be £175.00

But I would rather give £200.00 to one of you guys rather than donate to a council. I would expect testing to take no more than 2-hours, including travel time, hence that is the testing fee I'm willing to pay.
Notts/South Yorks/Derbyshire area.

Must be Part P, in triplicate form. One to me, one to client, one yourself.

Testing times; I have a one week window, I can't be specific yet but probably end of September.

If you would rather work on the project start to finnish, please let me know your expected rate.

If interested PM's only please
