When doing an Electrical Condition report what's the best way to do a live to neutral I/R test on a lighting circuit with LED's (600x600) or infact any lights in a large office?

Hi,you are not easily going to achieve a line/neutral IR test, without being able to separate those conductors, first,ie;remove all connected loads. This may include suppression or voltage limiting equipment, within connected fittings.

You can, however,IR test to earth, on both conductors together,by joining them.

Or,you could LIM it all...and just go for a coffee...
