Is it just me,the older you get,you see so much crap in this business.
You try to help & they..don’t wanna know.
Even basic workmanship just goes flying out the window ,I really could go on,but it’s Grand National day on the beer @ 12.00 till I’ve had enough.

Unfortunately the good days are long gone

At least we can all look forward to retirement in the coming years

what is this "retirement"?. state pension only pays for essentials like smokes and bar bill. for luxuries like food and bills, i need to keep working. still, only 72, might pack in at 75 if legs and back don't want to carry on. :D:D:D.

Agree, but what we were taught, these youngsters are not either taught it,or can’t be bothered,to do it.
Also all our years of experience they seem to know better & just ignore you,we ain’t their Mum & Dad ,just listen pillock

I’m relying on down sizing to provide us a half decent retirement

The state pension will be all but worthless by the time I sling it all in

I thought that was the start to a thread of using customers toilets for ‘having your daily’ but it just ended up the usual moan!
A lot of DIY kitchen stuff is rearing it’s ugly head and you go in and try to make it all right whilst the project is 3/4 the way though!
How about a thread about using the toilet in customers houses?
