im an HV AP on a hospital we have to do full switching schedules, isolation and earthing drawings, permits to work, including spiking for identification if can't follow cable or identify without doubt
re train every 3 years be assessed every year by an AE why do we bother when there are people like that doing this that was hilarious. I don't know what was funniest the putting on the gloves or the not giving a ---- when it went bang
