I have a shelf for them. Like having previous editions. So many brilliant books that would be great if they were up to date (although obviously much of what they say remains valid).

I still use out of date books sometimes, especially GN3 with the apprentices. They are still useful as the test procedures don't change, even when the values do sometimes, and they are easy to alter. waste not want not as they say, and if a book gets damaged, then its no loss.
