PAT testing 3 phase 5 pin extension leads

Has anyone go any good suggestions or standard layouts to setting up two short adaptor leads to enable me to test 3 phase 5 pin extension leads, also is there any easy option without using a switch box to test the polarity of each of the Line conductors. ??

Long time Sparky, but fairly new to PAT testing.

Continuity check with a Low Resistance ohmeter
IR check with a MFT
