HI,
I changing the PCB board on a Grundfos pump, I have never seen these connector blocks before, Can someone tell me:

1 | How do I get the wires out of these connections
2 | Put the wires into these connnections

They spring loaded, Place a small screwdriver terminal in top section to open, place cable in terminal, and removed screwdriver...
