Personalised pat labels

Any reccomendations for online pat test labels, I only usually do regular customers as part of the overall service but my Biggest customer as asked me to start doing their stuff.
I am looking at approx 3000 items every year and some twice a year so obviously I want to buy in bulk at the right money. I want them personalised as well.
Can anyone offer a link to a company that they have used and trust.

As a wholesaler we have always used Industrial Signs, I believe these are what most wholesalers. They will do custom signs and labels, but I am not sure if they will supply direct or redirect you through your local wholesaler.

A phone call or email can't hurt though?

The last thing I would want is more PAT testing..... So anonimity is better..

My boss buys the green wrap around stickers then gets his local print shop to print his business name, number and appliance number.

Still a pain writing 13/6/2017 13/6/2018 500times etc

Lose the day on the retest date leaving just month and year - it'll save you 1.2 seconds per label x 500 =600 seconds / 60 = 10 minutes saved. 10 minutes is a sit down and a cup of tea!

Tempted just to lose the whole sticker and chuff off home
