They need a tool to remove so they do comply. When the circuits are locked off the same person, or company, may not be returning to site to energise. this saves a lot of hassle trying to find keys or get combi codes.i like the tamper proof lock offs..... NOT.

So do we, except these sites don't have numeric codes which messes things up a bit.We usually use coded padlocks set to the last digits of the site number for similar things where different companies are working on the same stuff.

This picture is a central heating system i did on a 4 storey house. Looking back i think i could have been neater.
