Hi, I have recently carried out a PIR on a church. The equipotential bonding to the gas and water go back to the sub main in a meeting room where the stop tap and meter are. What code should be assigned as these should go back to the origin?

Not neccessarily.

You now need to do the calcs to ascertain wether or not the earthing conductor of the distribution circuit is large enough to do the job of CPC and MPBC.

If it is, the water & gas bonding conductors are connected to what is technically known as a BEMT (Building Earth Marshalling Terminal). There is nothing wrong with this arrangement providing the earthing conductor above is large enough to function as both above.
