I've got my first assessment on Tuesday. I've installed 2 new circuits in a flat (light and socket in the loft) for the purpose of the assessment. I haven't touched the rest of the installation.

I'm slightly confused by the requirement for a sticker recommending a date for the next periodic inspection.

There is no such sticker on the board at the moment. Do I need to put one on? If so, how do I know what date to put on it, as I have no idea when the installation was last tested, if at all?

After adding new circuits to an existing board the sticker you may need (other than the stickers to label up the new circuits on the DB) is the colours warning label - unless of course you've done an inspection too...
