My company is niceic so its required on the schedule as we use their model forms of certificateHow many people actually bother filling this out? Its not in the forms in the BYB

What can you do though?It may be on the form but BS 7671 doesn't state its needed.

They are very touchy if blank boxes are left on their certs.
It's not my company so I use what I'm given by the boss.Not use their certs.....

But strangely absent from the model form on page 434
A switch isn't a point of utilisation.A point is where an accessory is connected. so it doesn't mater if single or double it's still only one point. Would you count a 2 gang switch as 2 points?
The reg does say in simple installations in can be in the form of a schedule, a copy of which must be appended to the DB.
