I'm looking for a piece of kit that would auto dial a telephone number (or several numbers) in the event of mains power failure. Any ideas where I could get such a system?
cheers

Any speech dialler would do the dialling part such as texecom speech dialler or an SD1. all you have to do is give it a trigger, now if the panel has programmable outputs that can be configured to trigger on a power failure then just setup and go. If not, then get a relay with a 230V coil and connect to the mains in the panel. Connect NC on the relay to the trigger input on the speech dialler, then Commone on the relay to either + or - on the aux power of the panel dependant on which the dialler trigger requires.

Job done. You can even pre record a message that it will play back to you when you pick up. ;)
