Hi

After some great feedback from another topic, I thought I'd throw this one out there, I'm new to this so this has probably been brought up before.

I'm moving to London, of course pricing will be different,

Alot of my work has been fixed price over the years but now gonna be different

Replace lighting fixtures and sockets and connecting up cookers and disconnecing them etc etc

What prices do you charge in your area

Replacing:
Lighting fixtures
Sockets
Extract fans.
Call outs? Fixed rate or per hour
Cooker connections

Love to hear what you guys charge, I understand everyone will be different but would love to hear what people charge in city so it cam help with my pricing.

Hope everyone is good

break each job down into :
1.materials,
2.costs to include travel time and expense, parking charges etc.
3. hourly rate to earn a decent living, bearing in mind that out of 52 weeks, you only have 40 earning (hopefully).

apply simple equation, 1 + 2+ 3 = charge to customer.

Wow pimlico are smashing it,

Looking at charging £75 for light replacements

Cooker connections £ 75

Socket replacement £ 50

Call ours, fixed rate set at £150.

Most hobs I've managed to repair within two hours.

Any advances or movements

If this thread was in the Arms it may get more responses. Discussing pricing on an open forum isn't a great idea imho
