I would be looking at a LED / plastic housing for any replacement fitting - sure it'll cost more but far more suitable for the environment.

Or even Sylvania Syl-Circle LED Surface-Mounted LED Ceiling Light White 24W - https://www.NoLinkingToThis/p/sylvania-syl-circle-led-surface-mounted-led-ceiling-light-white-24w/9502h
Hi, I rewired the lighting in a pub recently. One of the lights in the ladies toilet has exploded the glass cover. The bulb itself is still on but making a strobe effect. They can't turn the circuit off as they have a full pub and a live band playing, but obviously want it fixed for tomorrow. When I wired them in it was a bit of a fire-fighting excercise - ceilings are shot and they really need re-boarding. Loads of **** coming through the cable entry point from the crawl space above and settling in the light dome. Toilet itself gets very full of condensation. A similar bathroom light did the the same thing in another pub in the area (I didn't fit that one). Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
