Hi,

We have a Rafiki Twinflex 8 Zone Control Panel in our residential building which is showing an orange fault light and beeping continuously. Can anyone recommend what the issue might be?

See attached a photo of the control panel.

Thanks.

Zone 4 & fault indicates o/c or s/c on the zone. Before you do anything, these panels are trouble. So suggest doing a processor reset just to make sure. On the main pcb press the reset button...and wait till panel reconfigures. The press ACCESS / 514 / RESET SYSTEM. Hopefully all will be ok, if not then time to check detection leds for status.
