C2 is potentially dangerous.
C3 is improvement recommended.
What potential danger are you seeing here that warrants a C2?
The most I would give that on its own, assuming no other problems having an impact on it, is C3

CorrectYou can't go round giving C2's to ALL the houses without RCD protection on the lights.
If anything its a C3
If it wasn't so sad Damian it would be funny just how many people can't seem to code an installation correctly.Code zero even!
So after attending college and training with a so called time served electrician who was crap ..what should I do ... Retrain with another crap electrician or use the knowledge and qualifications I have gained along with asking for pointers on this forum for guidance to better myself...I've asked for pointers not for u to do the job... Thank you to those who gave helpful answers .and if the unhelpful ones are so good at the job how have you got so much time to spend on here abusing others (to make yourselves feel superior)
