wondering if anyone can help me if you have two types of wiring codes and reference methods on the same circuit what do you put down on the schedule of test results..

Eg. Swa mounted on cable perforated tray feeding an isolator, then out of the isolator with pvc singles in pvc conduit

Type of wiring code;
Swa-F
PVC singles in conduit-C

Reference methods;
Multi core cables on perforated tray-E or F
Singles in conduit-B

Thanks
Adam

Initial verification it has type of wiring for circuit and then reference method column

If it's for an EIC, some of the different forms use their own lettering system for cable type / reference method that are different from the regs book.

There should be a page that comes with the pad explaining which letter to use for each cable / ref method.
