Replacing (old) hard-wired LED strip

Hi, I need to replace the "8w SMD LED" for a light in my rented apartment but there are 2 issues. firstly, I can't seem to find a replacement and secondly, it looks like it requires some hard wiring.

Thanks. First thing I did, told be to buy replacement online, couldn't find anything hence the post. If I can't find anything, I'll let them know.

I have Googled the make with part No and found a couple of stockists.

Are you trying to find the parts to fix the old fitting or a complete identical new fitting?

Just the light strip would be ideal.

I would see if it is not the driver that is faulty as this has always been the cause of failure from my experience.
