Would it be possible to set up a review section, where we can post reviews of different products such as workwear, tools and vans, and services such as agencies, competent person's schemes and umbrella companies?

I think it should be similar to other review sites like tripadvisor and trustpilot where there is a delay between posting and the review appearing (maybe to include moderation), to keep it as more of a review section and less of a bitchfest. Maybe a star rating system could be included.

That's not really what I had in mind - I was thinking of less of a product discussion forum and more of a place where people who have experienced the product or service can post their opinion of it with a star rating, then anyone looking to buy the same product could see at a glance what others think of it without having to wade through a big off-topic discussion.
I think questions about the product should be kept out of the way, maybe at the end of the reviews like on the Argos website.
