I've being called out to a customers alarm and its a risco panel full wireless system. on the display it is asking for a code to be entered and keeps flashing up call engineer, no matter what code I try nothing changes the panel just says wrong code I've been on riscos website and tried all the master and grand master codes that I can find and still nothing works. is there anything else I can do or is it going to be a case of new alarm.

Presumably the installing engs have changed the Eng code to their own number - sensible practice. I don't use this panel, but you should be able to default the programming to factory settings ( though this will involve reprogramming), which will include user and Eng codes.

Tazz may know if you can do a more limited reset to reduce the programming required.

If code is unknown, nvm reset is required. Power down completely, place jumper pin on J9 and power up. power down remove pin. on next power up all is restored to factory codes.

As long as the engineer. Code does not begin with 9
