Hi guys
Got a swa run to do tomorrow- just the supply for a AC unit
its a single phase 3 core 4mm supply going to a rotary isolator (this is what I am installing)
then another company will be connecting a AC unit from the isolator at a later date
I haven't actually had to install a rotary isolator before!
Its 20a 4pole switch
my question is where do I terminate my neutral?
I guessing my live can go into supply side 1 (or 2 or 3- as only single phase)
but the 4th 'pole' has a switch symbol sticker on it inside the isolator
does my neutral go into the remaining 1,2, or 3 or this forth 'switched' pole?
I know its meant to isolate the line and neutral (double pole)
but I am bit confused as to where my neutral should go...
look forward to your replies
