Why didn't they just turn off the main switch, disconnect the old wiring in readiness for the rewire. Could of filmed that in 1min, and saved 5.43mins

Thanks Pete You Video hunting on the internet is second to done maybe you should have Delete repeated word your own weekly program on ITV 4 +1 I like that the fact that they have the front of that DB open with all those nice shinny live bus bars, pocking around with a non insulated screw driver.

1 Turn off power and prove dead
2 Connect live and earth together
3 bell out at DB and isolate

Or as Midwest says Its a rewire Turn the place off before you start
