Should a shaver socket have external isolation?

With the ease of EICR's and the like, and for customers to isolate those "buzzing" shaver sockets, isn't it time we started fitting them on isolator switches, either existing fan isolators or fused Spurs?

Can't believe some electricians still hang them on the live lighting circuit without any isolation?

Same for those wave on mirrors etc...

Your thoughts please?

No requirement to isolate but it does make sense. Issue normally is finding a sensible location for that isolator.

Next to the fan isolator? Makes testing so much easier, but then again, we still have kitchen fitters putting sockets in extractor fan tunnels and sockets behind fridges and washing machines, so why bother!
