Has anyone ever come across some (claimed) problem with interference on a router called 'Shine' which can be detected using an AM radio tuned to a specific frequency???!!

A friend has been told just that by her ISP and to me it sounds like total BS, but before I talk to her I thought I'd better just check!

A BT guy was telling me about Shine. Bt had a fault with a customer that went on for ages whereby different ENGs went to find the problem. In the end ENG went to customers house in the evening to see her. Whilst he was there with measuring equipment it turned out to be her phone charger that would be used when she came home from work. Charger worked perfectly fine though and i believe that was tested later by manufacturers and was deemed to be satisfactory. Just one of those things, but it is not uncommon.
