Any one ever wired a extractor to run when the pump is running only, is there a connection within the electrics connection box IE run side of the motor. over run I suppose is easy enough from the perm live

It's a new bathroom, unfortunatly the customer has decided on an extract in the cubicle after it 's all been installed but a humidistat is a good idea thanks

I put a flow switch in the single pipe from Aqualisa pump/mixer box to shower head. Works really well. Big extract fan turns on with the shower and runs on for a while on a timer.

The flow switch was from RS a while ago, but I can look up the details if wanted.

I found that adding the flow switch reduced the flow slightly, but was still more than enough. If the existing flow is marginal, you might not want to do it this way.
