I want to do the compex course and get 'electrical approve' status. Compex say my HND in electrical and electronics is only a technical cert.

I got a reply from compex today saying 'i would need a SJIB card to change the cert'.

So first i have to get an SJIB card. If im understanding this right i have to do this ECS course?
