hi, just had solar pv fitted, should there be a minor works certificate issued or any other information, only got a schematic, bit worried i really thought there would be at lest some installation tests any information gladly recieved

yes you should have an electrical test cert, single circuit or otherwise. Tbh we do tend to take them away then send them back together with a full pack of paperwork 2-3 days later, which technically we shouldn't, but we need copies to send to the DNO and our records etc and the customer copy is the one that photocopies the best.

It also needs notifying to building control and the DNO, and you should get copies of those notifications, though it does take a while to get those back.
