    Came across this today, these are the connections in a light fitting with a nice bit of brown sleeving on the neutral. It must have been a Monday morning!

    -10 for nicking cable
    Another -10 for sleeving it incorrectly
    +1 for bothering to sleeve it.

    I actually took the sleeving off and the wire was fine so heaven knows what they were thinking!
