Sony kdl40-hx803 iplayer

Hi have the above model about month ago iplayer stopped working can't find server error,
logged into TV have current firmware also on Sony entertainment network can't find app to down load any ideas would be appreciated ?

We have (I think) the same TV - it downloaded an update and I now have to use the RED button to access BBC iplayer.....

sony bravia now fixed sony had to update firmware on their end for iplayer to work 1.5 months later fixed
