It cost me just under 20k to setup, van was just under half. Rest advertising, tools, overheads and accountancy fees.

The first year was up and down, mainly as I underpriced or overpriced and lost work.

It's constant now, most my work is returning customers or recommendations.

It's definatly not for everyone, it's constant and you must be on point with everything. Especially when you compete or need to sort work done by idiots.
 
Something that everybody MUST do .... whether it be a self catering cottage out of season or something more exotic ........................... that you've saved up for...
What's saved up?
 
My wife squirrels mine away - she's quite handy at times! Don't tell her that she may want recompense!
