Hi Guys,

I am waiting to be assesed by the NIC for the domestic installers scheme. I`ve just been asked to install a Fcu next to a socket outlet and issue a cert.

Now if I`m correct then this needs a minor works cert.

I am qualified sparks with 17th edition but have not done part p or any testing coures but am able to test it.

Q1. Can i go ahead and test an issue a cert myself? I know you must notify building control if in a kitchen etc but can i test an issue if not a notifiable job.

Cheers
