Discuss Square D Load Centre RCBO ???? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

I think load centre covers a couple of diferent types of rcbo from back when square d seemed to like changing their design pretty regular.

The old ones with 2 clips on the back were QOE, then they moved to a spring clip for the busbar but a din rail clip to hold it in place, these are I think KQ, SQO.

The tell tale sign if they are qoe is that if there are any rcbos in at present they will have a small yellow test button on the front.

The bad news is that the QOE is made to order and has a long delivery time and extortionate cost (£120ish) + vat.

If you need one let me know as I have some used ones for sale

Thanks for that Durham, i'm after a 32a, i see there's a few on Ebay. How much are you after? i've just been told the board has QO written on a sticker inside so i guess we're on the right lines.

Mine are on ebay at £24 + £2 postage.next day dispatch

I have some others which I haven't advertised as the earth tails are pretty short (around 3") so if you can use one of them you could have it for £20 delivered.

I didn't want to sell them with the short tails but in I've seen plenty of them fitted with a crimp lug on the earth and just self tapped onto the back of the db as it's only a trace anyway.

I'd rather change the the CU/DB than pay that sort of money for what are, crap RCBOS and MCBs!!
Wouldn't give even a Thank You for those old American design Square D breakers... lol!!!
