HelloPercy

Hi,

Looking to subcontract out the installation / MCS certification. I think to cover off the MCS police i will need to enter into a joint "partnership" agreement with the installation company. Effectively they sub contract in the front end and approve my sales approach, design etc.

Anyone have any experience of this and same "partnership" agreements.

Thanks

Percy

We did a few as a subcontractor earlier this year, just dumped them (our 'supplier') though as in the early days they listened to us, now they've got greedy and the claims they made to the customers were ludicrous, so we couldn't go along with their stories during the installation process.

The relationship was always a strain as we did it on fixed price so were always looking to do the best job without skimping, whilst still watching the pennies, and each time we saved a bob or two they were looing to screw it from us! We're proud of every job we did for them, but won't be persuaded to do any more for them.
