Outside "porch" ceiling light with integrated PIR or microwave sensor

Max diameter about 150mm

Anyone suggest anything

So you are looking for a downlight with integral detector ? I know that you can get LED/2D surface take it that would be no good.

Why is there no integral switch ? or is there but you want detector on light.

This was what I was thinking of but think Murdoch wanted a downlight.

If it is in a porch then the light fitting will be already IP33 because of the porch and so you could perhaps use a PIR sensor light bulb in an open fitting?

The existing light is a downlight - but a replacement doesn't have to be. I suggested the Polo LED but its "too big"

the Brackenheath i9028 is along the right lines

Brackenheath, that's a name I've not heard in a while, we still have some of their R63 40W IP rated downlights in the stores. Not much use now!
