Is supplementary bonding required if the fuse board has an rcd protecting all circuits?

It isn't required providing the appropriate conditions are met, one of which is rcd protection. See reg 701.415.2. Daz

That just confuses me further. I was under the impression that supplementary bonding wasn't required anymore (since 2008) if all circuits are rcd protected. Please inform me if I'm incorrect

Read 415.2.2 as its not always conclusive that supplementary bonding is not required. You would be wise and test it for continuity or lack of it and then choose you're route....

Daz has answered your question.
Its not a question of its just no longer required.
Look at the reg he kindly quoted you and see if the installation & conditions meet the necessary requirements before you decide whether it requires bonding or not.
