Been in business for quite a few years now. Work has always come to me due to advertising and word of mouth. Things have got to a stage where word of mouth and repeat business (domestic 40% commercial 60%) are keeping me super busy.
Ive found that the last 6 months ive been pretty much totally ignoring new custom as im constantly up my own a*#e flat out.
I have a very good advertising platform but is dead money at the moment as im not taking on new clients.
I realise i need more resources.
I would also like to up the game even more by doing some small tenders and hopefully winning a portion of them.
I would like to know from guys that have been in my situation before. Whats the best way going about finding smallish tenders? What is the criteria etc
We are 3 employee's, 2 vehicles, NICEIC approved contractors, ltd company and VAT registered.
