Anyone test these before and is there anything you know that I don't.

from what I see 110v transformer is supplied from 16A protective device which is a sub main circuit ,Then the 2 x 55v lines are protected by 16A fuses

Q. Do I just cables upto primary side?

What is the TX used for,

If it is SELV CT-E remember to test for continuity from centre-tap to earth, and ensure it is earthed when you IR test the primary to earth, in order to prove the insulation of the windings as well as the circuit.

As far as I know you test the primary side as submains and then has 2 circuits each at 55v to Earth . 16A fuse testing each line.

wheres the neutral Lol

Ps is there anyway of knowing what overloads are set at on a vsd

Reduced Low Voltage (RLV) isn't SELV. It exceeds Extra-low voltage.

I think it will be a final circuit feeding it rather than a distribution circuit.

both lines should be fused on secondary side so we put in as 2 circuits....

i see some dont have the fuses and apparently have thermal cut out
