not different circuits. the OCPD is the start of 1 circuit, no matter how many cables it feeds.
 
it's 1 MCB with 2 legs going out. each leg to a socket. so basically 2 radial branches. whet would be of concern is if the MCB was a 32A feeding 2 2.5mm legs, not configured as a RFC.

i know. my question was whether 2 cables feeding 1 socket would be classed as a ring or a radial. i'd go with radial.
