on changing fuse boards has anyone got a sucssesful method of testing for borrowed neutrals before changing ?
finding probs on changing boards then to find borrowed neutrals on two way lighting on stairs and wall lights
thanks for any feedback !

yes, its normally when you power up.:D

Joking aside, best thing to do is test between all separate lighting neutrals then lighting neutrals to non lighting neutrals.

this way would show up continuity or flat if there are any borrowed or crossed somewhere.

not to sure about testing for them but what i normally do is before i change the consumer unit turn the mcb or pull the fuse for the upstairs lighting circuit then go and see if the landing light works.
