Testing with Part P

Hi guys
Can anybody tell me whether you can do PIR tests and issue a certificate, if you are registered with a Part P company?

You don't have to be registered just need to be a competent person.......though you can be assessed by a competent scheme like elecsa nic napit ect so you can use there model forms and tell people your (NIC/napit approved)

Ok thanks yeah that makes sense. A lot of people like some sort of headed certificate like NIC etc. otherwise don't believe it's legit!

someone correct me if im wrong but you can test up to 100A only with part p

Not sure to be honest. But I'm only aiming at domestic really so that will be fine for me!!
