This person requires some work. They've hopefully explained their skills and qualifications and what area they're in. Otherwise, what's the bloody point?

Thinking about going abroad to work WP_20170501_04_35_36_Pro[1] - EletriciansForums.net Talking of which...this greeted me when I visited the newly refurbished toilets at Glasgow airport last May, en route to Spain.
I must say the electricians I have dealt with there (Spain, not the toilets!) are super blokes, but they charge €17/hour which might be a reason not to go there to work.

What languages do you speak? You'll need a fair bit of lingo to understand if the locals are going off on one about you stealing their work.
Whilst just about all ex-pats like UK workers (because they turn up in the right week) you'll certainly find in France the local professionals will make it very, very difficult for you to operate even legally, and you'll certainly need to jump through hoops to be legit there, and if not you'll have a visit from plod and lots of 'officials' who have lots of clout/ability to put you away.

please turn off the lights on your way out. :D.
