This may be a stupid question

Ok, we are at centre parcs for the weekend. When I launched the internet on my iPad it launched a page for me to enter some details, then it could see the internet. I did the same on my smart phone and that works ok.

the problems started when my son tried this on his laptop - and all we get is a no connection message. The wifi is reporting connection to the centreparcs system. We've not been "offered" the page to enter the details.

so, how can I find the relevant page???

If the laptop is showing a wifi connection try opening your internet explorer, sometimes this will open and take you directly to the host web page for login. Hopefully this helps.

I got round this issue when the misses tried to load the internet on her phone, as it immediately showed the page and importantly the internet "address" for said page!

Wont that try to connect direct to their router? Ie try to log into its settings?
