Todays EICR - can you spot the mistake?

Ok, so where do you look first when you do an EICR? I always start by looking at the CU and incoming supply:

They are not going to the top of a MCB meaning no OPD and bypassing the RCD are they tell me NO !

looks a possibility. the pic's a bit dark on my laptop to see clearly. but as the MCBs are 15A and 10A with 2 cables in each, looks like that's the other ends from the henley.
