where do the 6mm? reds from the henley block go to?
 
house must belong to a DNO employee.
 
Do they go to a clock and meter for off peak power just cant see were they go also whats the green stuff on the service head round live ?
 
Is there some reason some of the MCBs are switched off, like those circuits get power direct from the Henley block?

looks a possibility. the pic's a bit dark on my laptop to see clearly. but as the MCBs are 15A and 10A with 2 cables in each, looks like that's the other ends from the henley.
